The price that is offered by a seller to actually buy the share is called offer price. Offer price are the lowest price that a seller is offering for selling a share. Simply put, it is the minimum price that is available to an investor for buying the share of any company. These are the lowest quotations. Hence, the price negotiations normally end here.
